"My 7 year old daughter attended last nights Speed & Agility class with Stephen Vogt. I had one tired girl when they got home but she was pretty proud of herself as she should be. Her dad was pretty proud of her too. She's looking forward to doing it again next week! She had a hard time getting up this morning though and her legs were tired and sore. Not bad for a 2nd grader! I think it pushed her brother and his friend though because they couldn't be outdone by a girl, let alone a 7 year old girl! My husband said Stephen was great with her too. I work in downtown Tacoma and don't get home until later so I wasn't able to go watch. I'm really surprised that there aren't more kids participating because it's such a great program. We would love to be able to have the kids doing something like this regularly and it was very affordable (my husband liked it better than the "other" place we looked into before)."
