Here is how it works: "Shared Cost Example"

You have 12 kids on your roster.
You schedule "X" weekly 1 hour or 1 1/2 indoor workouts for $70 per hour or $105 for 1 1/2 hour.
At your Parent Meeting - you tell them about the facility and the benefits of "NEVER CANCELLED DUE TO RAIN" workouts and get a commitment from them to each pay:
8 (1) hour workouts $46.66 per kid.
6 (1) hour workouts $35.00 per kid.
4 (1) hour workouts $23.33 per kid.

Perhaps you would rather 1 1/2 hour blocks!
8 (1 1/2) hour workouts $70.00 per kid.
6 (1 1/2) hour workouts $52.50 per kid
4 (1 1/2) hour workouts $35.00 per kid

We have not found a team yet that has not been able to sell that to its parents. Perhaps you charge a bit more and have a built in "Scholarship" in case there in a family in need and can not afford. It usually works out.
